3 mois après la récolte de blé 2016, il est déjà temps de penser à semer le blé pour la récolte 2017 !
Sur la ferme, le blé est semé en général de septembre à novembre. Nous semons plusieurs variétés (anciennes, meunières,...) aux caractéristiques différentes et je sélectionnerai les meilleures pour faire la farine l'année prochaine ! Le semis est un travail d'équipe: je passe devant pour travailler le sol ou labourer dans certains cas, et Pascal me suit avec le semoir. Il faut attendre les bonnes conditions pour faire ce travail, un sol trop sec ou trop humide et le blé ne s'implantera pas comme il faut !
C'est ensuite parti pour une aventure de 9 mois !
